Thanks so much to Vicky and Rene' in San Carlos for thinking I might like some more wood to use for my art. Vintage 40's paneling in wide individual planks. Cool!

This triptych was created on a recycled traffic barrier. It glows when flash hits it--

The original surface of the board was rough, because the reflectorized coating was scraped and peeling. It took five coats of thick resin to encase it all. Probably 1/8th inch thick resin total!

Our son is now 3 weeks old, and you can tell what things interest him by how long he stares at them, and whether he will turn his head to watch it when you turn him away. Your art is by far his favorite thing in our entire home! In fact, when he's crying, I just hold him up in front of it, and it soothes him, sometimes to the point of falling peacefully asleep!"
